so eto na nga, simula nang lumabas ung ads na un.. i was wondering kung bkt ito nilabas? para ba sa kanilang sales? or personal use lng ba? and ang bottom line e.. Smart/PLDT Telecommunication is willing to pay big amount for their loyal users? well ang malala pa niyan e, nasa primetime pa siya, kung saan napakamahal ang binabayad dito..
about their site.. thats ( http://www.akomismo.org/ ) , The concept was nice.. First there's this intro, flash version of the tvc then a small fill in the blank box appear ( Ako Mismo __________ )
I even think very hard on what will I write .. bla bla bla.. and then click ok.. after a moment.. theres another page full of "you need to fill boxes" almost all of them are personal information questions like, age, zip code , adress, birthday and even your own cellphone number, theres also you need to accept the conditions and the agreement then click submit.. after all those stuffs.. you are required to fill ALL OF THOSE BOXES, so I pause for a minute. and check the privacy policy.
AKO MISMO MAY use the personal information you provide to:
• Contact you – either in response to a query or suggestion, or to mail newsletters, documents, publications, etc.
• “Remember” your online profile and preferdnces;
• Help you quickly find information that is relevant to you based on your interests, and help us create site contents most relevant to you;
• Undertake statistical analysis.
They have the right to spam your mail, they can use your personal info w/o your consent, in all of the sites I've been, that required signing up, they let you check the boxes if you want to received newsletters and updates while the "Ako mismo" site will send spam based on your personal "Interest". (I don't Get it, why?, i thought the site is for a cause, why mail nonsense ad?)

Ang nakakatawa lang dito e, bakit sinasabi nila na all informations are secure. pero they are not liable if the information were leaked.. WTH what the heck right? XD This thing was scared most of the people a lot..
The main conclusion of this campaign, Lots of people believe that this campaign has a potential.. but w/o a proper information to educate people.. It has no real plan or motives.. this is just like a scam of information.
And those information / database will be used to sell to a potential client
